What is included in your TV mounting service?
We securely install the wall mount, position and level your TV, connect and test the basic setup, and clean the work area before we leave. Wall mounts, specialty hardware, wire concealment, and other add-ons are priced separately unless included in your quote.
How much does TV mounting cost?
Standard TV mounting starts at $79. Your final price depends on TV size, wall type, mount type, fireplace placement, and wire-concealment options. Complete our 60-second quote to see upfront pricing and save $35 on your installation.
How long does TV installation take?
Most standard installations take about 45–90 minutes. Brick, stone, fireplaces, large TVs, soundbars, and in-wall wire concealment may require additional time.
Can you mount a TV above a fireplace?
Yes. We first evaluate the wall, fireplace, viewing height, heat exposure, and available mounting points. We then use the appropriate hardware and placement for a secure, clean installation.
Can you conceal the TV wires?
Yes. Depending on the wall and local requirements, we can conceal compatible low-voltage cables inside the wall or install a clean, paintable external cable cover. We will explain the available options before beginning the work.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. TrueMount TV provides a 1-year workmanship warranty on the installation. If a covered installation-related issue occurs within one year, contact us and we will inspect and correct the workmanship at no labor charge. Manufacturer defects, customer-supplied equipment, misuse, accidental damage, wall movement, and work modified by others are not covered.
Do I need to provide the TV wall mount?
You may provide a compatible mount, or we can help you choose one for your TV and wall type. If you already have a mount, we will confirm compatibility before installation.
